Client Details Our client is a leading regional housebuilder, with a reputation for building quality new houses and as such have been the recipient of numerous industry awards. Description The Site Manager will have overall responsibility for an individual part of the site and will liaise closely with the Construction Director and Contacts Managers to deliver the highest quality work. They must also organise and prioritise the work of the site team, control and co-ordinate the attendance and number of subcontractors on site, resolve queries, problems and conflicts at site level and hold regular site meetings with subcontractors to monitor and appraise key company objectives. Profile Prior experience working as a Site Manager for a volume housebuilder is essential. Job Offer Competitive salary £23-£26ph Long term contract with opportunity to extend permanently
