Carpenter

CSCS Carded Carpenters required on a refurbishment construction project of residential properties that are occupied. The work will be laying new engineered oak flooring, fitting new door frames, architraves, skirting boards, and rehanging doors. Carpenters will be required to be qualified for this role, candidates must have: * 5+ years experience as a carpenter/builder * Must be able to provide references and job history * Must have their own tools (Tools can be safely stored on-site in a locked area) * Good English skills * Comfortable working in a small team Carpenters will be expected to be fully qualified chippies with cscs cards. You will be directly employed PAYE or CIS self employed by Barrett Contract Services Ltd with no umbrella companies involved.
