Site Manager

Are you an experienced Site Manager, with a background in the Residential New Build Sector? Long term experience working for a housing developer? Do you have a solid career, without job hopping? I am currently recruiting on behalf of a property development business based in Exeter, who are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to join the team. You will be managing the production on site with the support of an assistant site manager. You will be accustomed to delivering a medium – high volume housing sites to time and within budget. You will be thorough in your working approach and always have the customers end product in mind, ensuring you eliminate unnecessary defects throughout the build progress You will be required to have experience from site start up to successful hand over. A high regard for quality and customer satisfaction as well as a strong H & S knowledge. The ability to work off of your own initiative and be self-sufficient within your day is key to this role.
