Vacancy: Estimator Location: Reading Salary: £50k - £60k plus car allowance, private health care, 25 days holidays Our client is a large specialist subcontractor with work across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire & some parts of west London. Due to growth in key markets they are looking to interview ASAP for a start in January. Duties: * Tender proposal/return compilation including * Rate compilation and tender adjudication * Good technical understanding * Rate compilation and tender adjudication * Specification scrutiny and value engineering recognition Requirements * Estimating experience; managing key accounts and clients. * Experience within the commercial & educational sector * Educated to degree level and/or a reputable construction qualification. * Able to work in a dynamic and sometimes pressured environment, handling multiple enquiries at any one time. * Experience of working in a mid-size subcontract environment. * Knowledge of OnSite software.
