Working alongside the Branch Manager you will be part of the senior management, helping drive forward the sales and profitability of the business. A large and successful operation within the company and a fantastic branch with a great team. We need to find a high quality Assistant Branch Manager to join the team - someone with a sales management background who has a sales lead approach however an operationally focus Assistant Branch Manager would also be suitable. A background within the construction sales, civils merchants or the builders merchant sector (or similar) is certainly an advantage but by no means essential.
