Estimator

BSS is currently recruiting an Estimator in Cork to work on behalf of a Building Contractor who work in Commercial, Residential & Refurbishment construction projects. DOE this salary can be up to €65K Responsibilities Measurement; Analysing tender returns; Performing risk, value management and the likes on the tender submission; Assisting with and /or preparing the various tender returns; Subcontractor tender enquiries if required for tender submissions; A working knowledge of Estimating software i.e. Conquest, Buildsoft etc. would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided;Requirements 4/5+ years experience working in a similar Estimator role Proficiency in MS Office applications is required An in depth understanding of the tendering process within construction The desire to join a highly successful, forward thinking company.
