BIM Role (Architectural) Reference: KOLON(phone number removed) Location: London Salary: In line with the RIBA guidelines I'm delighted to be supporting a RIBA Chartered and Award-Winning practice in their establishment of a Revit/ BIM Team for their London based studio. My client works on an exciting range of sectors, with projects covering Mixed-Use, Residential, Offices, Data Centre and Hospitality schemes. It is essential that the candidates have excellent BIM capabilities and experience of new build construction detailing and also, design. With these roles you will be working directly with their German studio so it would be highly favourable to be fluent in German. However, BIM is the most essential criteria- so there may be flexibility in language requirement! To be considered you must already have several years industry experience using Revit and BIM on live projects. Your portfolio must demonstrate this.
