Multi Trader

My client requires a multi trader to complete repairs on a mobile basis, with van provided, in London. Your new company An exciting opportunity to work with a large London based company has just become available. They require a multi-trader to work on a mobile basis, with van provided, in London. This will be working 40 hours Monday-Friday. Your new role As a multi-trader you will be working on a mobile basis carrying out maintenance and repair works to domestic properties. My client is looking for experience and competency in the below areas: Carpentry (doors, skirts, architraves, kitchen cabinets etc.) Plumbing (leaks, taps, toilers, kitchens, pipework etc.) Basic masonry works (re-pointing, replacing copping stones etc.) Patch plastering & skimming Replacing damaged tiles Painting & decorating What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will require experience and competency in the above tasks. You will also require: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft office etc.) Full clean drivers license CSCS SMSTS IPAF Good communication skills What you'll get in return When successful in securing this role you will receive a permanent contract with a London-based organisation.
