Quantity Surveyor

Vacancy: Quantity Surveyor Location: West Sussex Bond are currently working with a regional construction business based in West Sussex, they operate across Surrey & the South Coast. The role is sparked by securing several projects within this region, this client is looking to interview experienced QS ASAP with a start in December / January. Responsibilities: * Tender pricing and take off * Commercial management of projects * Monthly valuation preparation * Cost control of projects * Relationship building with subcontractors, design team, and suppliers Requirements: * At least 5+ years experience working within a QS position in the UK * An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry * Main contractor/developer experience desired * Worked on projects up to £4 Million * Lives within a hour drive of Portsmouth * Worked for a national or large regional main contractor Salary & Package: * Up to £65,000 – Depending on experience * Car allowance * Holiday * Pension How to apply!!
