Job Description
Reporting to the Optimise Senior Office Manager the Streetworks Manager has overall responsibility to ensure that their team manages all aspects of streetworks compliance for the contract including:
* Developing and coaching the streetworks team.
* Developing and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Produce management information to support the compliance of the contract.
* Support the challenge or acceptance of streetworks related charges and or fines.
* Develop processes and procedures to improve the contracts streetworks performance.
* Ensure the contracts management are aware of new or changing legislation that may affect the performance of the contract.
* Be responsible for quality improvement programs to enhance the service offering to our client.
* System management and administration.
* Be responsible for the management and administration of notices.
* Design, manage and administer improvement plans pertaining to the contract.
* Ability to work to tight timescales
