Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (6-12 months)

Here at ISG, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work in the Talent Acquisition ID team to identify the best possible talent for ISG, using the latest tools to source globally as well as locally.
The ideal candidate will have a professional, pro-active approach, be an effective communicator, well organised and have previous experience of the recruitment resourcing, sourcing or research.
This role would suit a candidate with a methodical nature who is happy to work independently and as part of the wider HR team.
What will you be doing?
• Be responsible for talent mapping across all markets e.g. by position, function and geography.
• Engaging candidates with the ISG brand and qualifying for current or upcoming opportunities.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Marketing & Communications team to ensure that ISG's database is kept relevant and engaged.
• Source for current roles that ISG is recruiting and accompany Delivery team on briefings of major projects or key roles
• Be responsible for pipelining talent by creating and adding to talent pools to ensure that the Talent Acquisition team is working in a strategic manner and adding significant value to ISG.

What do you need?
• A mix of agency / in house recruitment would be ideal, but we will also consider you if you've been at an agency or research firm and looking to make the move in house
• Prior construction recruitment knowledge is a benefit but not essential
• Prior experience using LinkedIn and it's associated products
