Contract Manager

Are you a Contracts Manager with background in the Facade and Cladding sector and looking for work? Berry Recruitment's West Wickham branch are recruiting for a Contract Manager to join a growing Facade team within an established company in the Bromley area. MUST have: Good knowledge of Cladding systems. Ideally come from tools ready to progress. Needs SMSTS / First aid and fire marshal. Background in managing teams of ten or me installers. Managing numerous sites. Good eye for detail and quality Good IT skills.Key Duties: To attend all sites regularly as required to assist the head of department . Ensure all works on site are carried out to a high standard and stringent QC/QA requirements are adhered to and delivered. Manage all programme and procurement requirements on site. Over see design,drawings detailing and manufacturing . Carry out weekly inspections ,issue progress reports and updated programmes. Ensure all I auditor quality control documents are up to date and of a high quality. Prepare client progress reports and requirements. Ensure all CDM and health and safety compliance is maintained to a high standard. Maintain corporate image and ensure the client has an excellent customer experience and journey.
