Vacancy: Site Manager Location: West Sussex Salary: £50k - £55k with company benefits Bond are currently with a small Developer based on the South Coast, due to securing of two new projects this has sparked a recruitment drive for a experienced Site Manager. Company / Project: This family business operates across Hampshire, west Sussex & some parts of Surrey. They focus on small developments ranging from 10 – 30units this will include 2/3/4 bedroom homes & new apartments. This client has won a private development in West Sussex, this will commence late January but will require a manager in place for January start. This project will consist of 10 new homes, all 3 bedroom homes & all traditionally built. Duties: * Working closely with all site teams & effectively ensure project / company requirements are met * Set up & manage all health & safety procedures * Manage & supervise all site work force ( Subcontractors / Junior managers / engineers / labour) * Liaising with clients & senior managers on site progress / site packages * Managing site packages & ensuring quality is upheld to company standard * Motivating site team & work force.
