Vacancy: Site Manager Location: Oxford Salary: £50k - £55k plus car allowance, private health care, 25 days holidays Bond are currently with an excellent main contractor with work across Oxfordshire & Berkshire, due to continued growth in key markets & securing several schemes in recent weeks. A exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager. Company This local contractor has operated within the local market for over 20 years, they majority of their work is new build with some refurbishment work. The value of schemes range from £1 Million to £10 Million, they include D&B contracts with some traditional. Sectors covered: * Education * Commercial * Leisure * Housing Requirements * Experienced Site Manager that has worked on commercial or industrial projects up to the value of £10 Million * Good communication both verbally & written * Have a professional manor & able to work well with subcontractors * Ability to work well within a team as well as independently * Has good / basic understanding of IT ( Word / Excel) Duties: * Reporting directly into the onsite project manager * Working closely with all site teams & effectively ensure project / company requirements are met * Set up & manage all health & safety procedures * Manage & supervise all site work force ( Subcontractors / Junior managers / engineers / labour) * Liaising with clients & senior managers on site progress / site packages * Managing site packages & ensuring quality is upheld to company standard * Motivating site team & work force. Tickets / Qualifications: * HNC / HND degree in construction management – preferable but not essential * SMSTS * First Aid * CSCS Card * Driving Licence How to apply!!
