Multi-trade operative Start date – Immediate Start Location – Exeter and surrounding areas (SOUTH WEST) Day rate - £160 Length of work - Full time, On going works About the role * Self- employed only * Own tools * Own van required + full driving license * Mileage paid at 15p per mile * Strong customer service skills * Happy to work alone or as part of a team * Willing to travel throughout the south west region * Commercial experience required * Experience of the following trades would be beneficial: * Carpentry * Plastering * Tiling * Roofing * Plumbing Qualifications/cards required * CSCS card * Asbestos awareness * Public liability insurance - min £1M * Other beneficial qualifications – SMSTS, PASMA Interviews: Telephone or in person - therefore as required Concept Building Services is committed to non-discrimination and equal opportunities for all applicants.
