Grad/ Intermediate Building Surveyor Manchester £24,000-£28,000 Full Benefits Package An immediate opportunity has been created for a talented graduate / intermediate building surveyor to join an award-winning multi-disciplinary. Based in the Manchester office the successful individual will be joining one the UK's leading surveying companies. The Manchester office has a reputation for winning some of the most interesting projects within the UK market-place. If successful, you will be working closely with an established team of chartered professionals who will support you in developing your career as a building surveyor. With a best in class approach to training, our client maintains an excellent track record of supporting junior surveyors through their professional assessment with many surveying passing their assessment first time! Required Skills and Attributes. Degree Qualified - Building Surveying (2.1) or above. 2 to 3 years of relevant surveying experience. Some experience of delivering either refurbishment or adaptation projects would be desirable. First Class Interpersonal skills. Good report writing capability. Has the ability to work both autonomously as well as supporting a busy team environment. Full UK Driving Licence.
