Based in the centre of Bristol our client requires the skills and experience of a talented surveyor to join their expanding team. With a strong client base of both private and public sector clients and despite recent events the practice has seen growth across their core markets. As a new addition to the team, the role promises a mixed portfolio of work ideally suited to anyone who is looking to secure R.I.C.S professional status. Required Skills and Experience: Degree Qualified with relevant Building Surveying Degree First-class interpersonal skills having the ability to build rapport and explain complex information simply and clearly Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate at least 12 months of relevant surveying experience Demonstrates a track record of delivering either refurbishment or minor works projects Able to demonstrate a capability in either 2D CAD or Revit would be an advantage Highly organised with strong contract administration skills Reasons to Apply: This is a key opportunity for a talented graduate /assistant level surveyor who is looking to undertake interesting projects, develop new skills and work with a friendly people-centric private practice.
