Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer - London A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor who specialise in providing building maintenance and servicing have a key requirement for an experienced Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer to join their mobile team role covering sites within London and the surrounding areas As the Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be: Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer will be mobile covering sites within London and the surrounding areas Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer will be carrying out PPM's on electrical plant as well as completing basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU's, AHU's. Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer will assist in completing reactive and repairs on mechanical systems and will also be required to carry out basic plumbing when needed. Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer will be required to carry out basic electrical tasks. Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer will be working Monday - FridayAs the Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer, you will need: Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer will need to live within a commutable distance to Central London Fabric Building Maintenance with an Electrical qualification would be an advantage Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer will need to have a "can do" attitude and willing to learn new skills Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer will need experience in carrying out PPM's and basic reactive works on both electrical and mechanical systems.
