Project Director (Build) Birmingham - up to £120,000 plus bonus plus package My client is a main contractor that turns over c£700m out of a number of offices, which one is experiencing substantial growth. They are an established award-winning main contractor that has been growing steadily for over 45 years. Due to an increasing pipeline of work and continued growth they currently have an opportunity for a Senior Contracts Manager to join the new build Construction Division working on schemes ranging from £20m - £100m, you will be expected to manage a turnover of £200 million PA. Sectors which you will be involved with are: Commercial Leisure Student Accommodation Mixed-Used Developments You must have experience of working for a main contractor and be able to demonstrate longevity with a company and ideally have knowledge of pre-construction.
