Surveyor - Repairs

My Client, a prestigious Local Authority in West London, is looking for 2 Day to Day repairs Surveyors with a strong maintenance background to join their busy team You will need a proven background from within a Local Authority or Housing Association as a Surveyor in London ideally, and be able to commute to the West London area You will be working remotely and will need to go to site to do inspections, you will be required to go to the office on a rota basis but the majority of the time you will be working remotely The client site is set up as per the current covid safe regulations You will need your own car for this role and the position is inside IR35 Please note this is a temporary role and you will need to be available on weeks notice if offered the position Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
