MRICS Building Surveyor

My Private Surveying Practice in the East Midlands are recruiting for a MRICS Building Surveyor to join them on an initial 6 month contract. The role will be fully-remote and are looking for someone to work from 5 days a week to start with, the option to do more will be likely down the line. This position is Outside IR35 so paid through to your Ltd Company. However, if you prefer we can set you up with an Umbrella company if you do not possess a Ltd Company. The Ideal Building Surveyor must be: - MRICS or FRICS - 5 years Building Surveying - Experienced working on residential building surveys, home buyers reports, condition reports etc. If you are interested interviews will be held tomorrow over the phone over the coming week.
