Civil Engineer

Civil Engineering - Construction - Negotiable salary + package Your new company One of the UK's leading housing developers, with projects and offices based throughout the UK who pride themselves on the quality of their builds Your new role Due to continued growth and an increasing portfolio of work they are now looking for a Civil Engineer to join their technical team. Main duties of the role: Working with the technical team on all engineering related questions Working on current and upcoming developments you will be required to coordinate the delivery of technical information and liaising with consultants Working with Local Authorities and other authorities to ensure all agreements are in place, prior to site start through to adoption Check all drawings from consultants in relation to civil engineering work Design roads, drainage and external works for smaller developments Work closely with construction team to ensure schedules are are kept to and that there are no delays on programme Prepare CDM information for pre-tender When required work on feasibility studies What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in an engineering role Experience of CAD CSCS HNC/HND in building/construction What you'll get in return Competitive Salary Company Car Car Allowance Annual Bonus 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
