Project Quantity Surveyor (Residential)

Our client is a well run and busy and well developer whom are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team. This role would suit some body looking for a long term career opportunity and looking to make a day to day impact on the business from day one. You will ideally have experience of working for house builders working on high end high volume apartments. Key responsibilities Assisting Commercial Manager Produce valuations and payment applications It is essential to have the knowledge and confidence to be able to take site measurements, predominantly social housing, unsupervised. Surveying of properties and pricing. Identify changes to works information Costing variations Understanding of quality control, material scheduling etc Subcontract account management Cost reporting This is a great entry position to work with an expanding company and work locally.
