Site Manager - Decent Homes - Window & Roofing Replacements

My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on an externals decent homes program in Essex. The successful Site Manager will be overseeing the replacement of windows and roofs across the borough. You will have experience working on external decent homes programs previously, working for a Decent Homes Main Contractor. You will be responsible for ensuring health and safety is followed, that tenants are kept informed on the progress of works, and that works are completed on time and to budget. To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have a black CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness certificates.
