Senior Quantity Surveyor - East London - To £75K Plus Package

We are currently recruiting for Senior Quantity Surveyors to be based on our clients residential development in East London. The scheme will consist of 2800 homes over a 19 year period on the development You will be overseeing firstly the procurement of M&E and lift packages before moving into a full commercial scope focusing on cost management and to ensure contracts are financially controlled, to budget to the clients requirements. Must have a proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level on large scale developments for a tier one developer/contractor.
