Working Foreman/Site Manager (Carpentry Background)

Working Foreman acting Site Manager with Carpentry background (essential) required for ongoing work with local successful refurb and new build, house builder. They are looking for someone on a 70/30 tools and management split to work on and manage one or two projects around the £600k mark per project - 12-16 week contracts doing extensions and refurbs. From inception to finishing you will be experienced in all aspects of carpentry and small building works, able to communicate effectively with team, clients and senior management. Have good knowledge of program, progress reports and team talks to monitor, maintain and boost productivity.
