Assistant Site Manager - Lewes - £45k + package

Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading UK House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager, for their large residential development in Peacehaven. You will be working on a residential scheme consisting of 140 units, traditional build construction. The business builds across Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager on site, out on site and assisting with documentation in the office, managing works and sub-contractors on site. You will predominantly be focusing on internals, taking units from 1st fix through to completion. We are looking for a hungry individual who is keen to progress to Site Manager ASAP. Candidates must have experience working on traditional build houses and having worked for a high volume UK House builder. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert and will be a Permanent role. Start date is immediately.
