Civil Structural Architectural Quality Lead

CSA Quality Lead Role CSA Quality Lead is assigned to a project as a member of the Construction Team with responsibility for the Quality of the CSA construction of the Scope in accordance with detailed design, control estimate, contract, SOP’s and WI’s Responsibilities The duties of the CSA Quality Construction Lead are set out below but also include any other reasonable activity as directed from time to time to suit the needs of the business * Carry out Quality Audits on Trade Contractors * Chair the Quality meetings with Trade Contractors * Compile and carry out Inspection and Test plans on all CSA Works * Report Quality Defects, non-conformances and manage corrective measures required * Review and inspect all documentation provided by trade contractors as part of handover * Ensure all operatives executing specialist works are trained and certified to do so. * Promote and encourages compliance with the Project Quality programme * Deliver quality toolbox talks to the trade contractors
