Chartered Building Surveyor/ Project Manager Colchster, Essex £35,000 - £45,000 DOE Plus Benefits Ashbys Consulting are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor in the Essex region for an award winning multi discipline consultancy. We are looking to find a recently chartered or experienced MRICS qualified surveyor who has project management experience. The client has a range of projects including Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Defence, Residential and Education. For this positions you will need: * MRICS Qualified * Degree in Building Surveying * Project management experience e.g contract admin, managing projects on site, report and specification writing. * Experience within a range of sectors including Education and AutoCAD skills are a plus. This role will provide an efficient and effective building surveying service to the Practice, and its clients. The candidate will be able to deliver, design, develop, plan, co-ordinate, supervise and project manage building schemes.
