Job Description
We are delighted to be working with a successful and well-established construction business, based in the Eastleigh area. Our client is currently on the lookout for a customer care agent with an upbeat and customer focussed attitude, to support them in their ever-increasing workload.
This position will see you dealing with both inbound & outbound calls from sub-contractors about upcoming jobs. Your role will be to liaise with the customer and sub-contractors, with the aim to book in the work while coordinating works schedules with other departments within the business to organise efficient workings. The role will also include admin support, with weekly tasks and ad hoc support.
What does the day look like?
* Addressing all incoming and outgoing customer telephone & email inquiries
* Logging/entering/ customer data
* Be the first point of contact for incoming customer queries
* Working with/communicating with all internal/external departments
* Assisting with maintaining ‘Central Filing’
* Ensuring accuracy always, whilst adhering to our policies and procedures
* Maintain a high level of quality by working to the company and regulatory requirements
