Technical Design Consultant

Join a specialist design consultancy as part of the construction team supporting on fire safety and design projects. As a Technical Design Consultant you will utilise your building design and construction experience to provide advice and support to the Fire Engineering and Safety Team. This is a fairly niche role that could be suited to anyone with a strong design background who has worked in construction for a number of years and has a good understanding of building regulations and fire safety. You will work alongside Chartered Fire Engineers and Principal Designers to deliver the work as a Construction Design Consultant. This is not a safety role but more focussed on using your expertise to offer technical solutions in design to the existing fire and design safety specialists. Most projects will be high-rise residential, office, high-end housing or media/leisure. This role comes with a competitive salary and a clear route for progression.
