CAD Technician - (Civil 3D) Our client, a well-known groundworks contractor in Hertfordshire are looking for a CAD Technician to work alongside their Engineers and commercial team. You will be using Civil 3D to create earthwork modelling on groundworks schemes Are you a enthusiastic / ambitious Cad Technician who is looking for a company who can offer you the next step in your career? If you are, this could be the role for you.. This is a new and pivotal role for our client - to date their Engineers / Contracts Managers roles' have encompassed 3D modelling. This is your opportunity to come in and grow / manage the department and bring in and develop a team They have a strong foothold across a number of sectors. Housing schemes make up 70% of their workload - they have longstanding working relationships with a number of leading developers. They also operate across a number of other sectors including education, industrial, retail and car dealerships The Role - Cad Technician You will be using Civil 3D to create earthwork modelling on groundworks schemes You will be have some involvement across a number of schemes simultaneously and will work alongside the commercial team at tender stage and the engineers once the project is live on site You will visit sites when required Benefits includes: Car or car allowance and pension You will have the full support of the commercial team of 12 The right person - CAD Technician - Civil 3D Groundworks or civil engineering experience Civil 3D is essential together with some knowledge / experience of earthwork modelling.
