About the Role
We are looking for a Fleet Compliance Administrator on a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. Although the role can currently be worked remotely, you’ll be based in our corporate office in Rowfant, Crawley Down. You’ll be the central point of contact across our business for all company car related queries, you’ll manage the fuel card admin process and produce the dashboard reports for the business.
You’ll be responsible for managing fleet compliance data, managing the pool car fleet, issuing and managing fuel cards, raising purchase orders and updating fleet management systems.
Part of the role is also to manage the development and workload of an administrator in the team. You’ll be part of a wider team essentially in a standalone role.
About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll need an excellent attention to detail, have great time management skills and be organised enough to keep multiple plates spinning on a day to day basis. Previous experience of working in a fleet admin/compliance role would be an advantage but it’s not essential.
If you have experience of working with systems including Jaama, JDE and CODA, then great but we can overcome that with training and support.
You should have strong Microsoft Excel skills and be comfortable working with complex formulae, pivot tables, charts and able to analyse and manipulate data from multiple sources.
You’ll need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, you should be a strong and effective communicator and of course be a team player.
