Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Resourcing Group are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our FM client's team on a mobile basis covering in and around the North Lincolnshire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planned, repairs and small installation of electrical work on large commercial premise. The role will be mobile covering as far North as Newcastle to Grimsby and Sheffield. Responsibilities and duties Perform routine maintenance of electrical systems in commercial buildings Complete electrical maintenance Use handheld technology within allocated timescales Work as part of a team when required Work within agreed SLA's Supervise sub-contractors Complete general FM duties as and when requiredQualifications and skills Electrical qualification 2391, Qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III, 18th Edition or equivalent Experience of electrical/mechanical maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment including ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, Distribution boards, plumbing, small power and lighting (where applicable). Proven track record showing experience within the building services industry as an Engineer / Technician Minimum of 5 years' experience of building services, with operation of PPM Previous experience of working within a commercial FM environment completing PPM maintenance Happy working in a client facing environment on a mobile commercial contract Strong customer service focus Good health and safety awareness and knowledge High levels of communication Full UK driving licence preferred but not essentialApply online now if you feel the role of Mobile Maintenance Electrician is for you.
