Job Description

Office Manager role - Architectural Practice - Central London - £30-35K plus benefits Blayze Group are currently partnered with a medium sized, Design Led Practice in Central London to help them find a new Office Manager. The business boasts a diverse and dynamic group of individuals and has an excellent reputation for delivering projects in the residential sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with coming in and being the figure head for the practice, curating the office and providing support where required. This will include: Greeting visitors and managing calls at reception Liaising with the team to set up sample areas in the office Ordering office supplies when required Some document control activities Knowledge of InDesign (desirable)Applicants will have worked for an Architectural Studio previously in their career and have a demonstrable understanding of what the day to day running of a practice should look like.
