Quantity Surveyor

Kalcrest Site Services are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to cover various sites in Coventry starting as soon as possible. They will be working on a refurb housing project mainly focusing on fire doors. Duties will include visiting sites and assisting in the project costings for internal fire doors. Risk, value management and cost control. Analyse outcomes and write progress reports. Prepare tender and contract documents.
