Project Manager - Construction - New Build Residential

My client is seeking a Project Manager to work on a new build residential development in West London. The successful Project Manager will be responsible for total control of the site. It is a £6m project comprising of 30 units over two blocks. One block is at internal stage, the other isn't far behind. You will have good allround Project Management experience in construction, getting involved in writing programs, design meetings, general site planning and ultimate delivery of the scheme. You will have experience working as number one Project Manager on similar sized residential projects previously, working for either a Main Contractor or a Residential Developer. To be considered for this Project Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. This Project Manager position is being offered on a freelance basis until late May 2021.
