About Company & role A high end bespoke housebuilder is building a new house in Newbury. The project involves the construction of a new build house in Newbury, contract value circa £500k. The project program is 40 weeks. The house is of SIP construction and the project requires someone who can manage the day to day as well as roll their sleeves up. Candidate Profile * Ideally a Carpentry background * Hands on * Work to programs * Supervising trades on site * Versed in health & safery on site and paper work * Qualifications required: SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Salary & package Up to £45k per annum, Pension scheme, Van and Fuel card
