The work is varied and the client specialises in high end residential prestigious projects in the London area and Home Counties. As the Successful Pre-Construction Estimator, you will be: Pre-Construction Estimator Producing take offs, bill of quantities and labour hours Pre-Construction Estimator Estimating on High-end residential projects mainly within Central London Pre-Construction Estimator will be working within the Tender to team to successful quote and win small to large projects Pre-Construction Estimator Based from bright refurbished office near Kings Cross Pre-Construction Estimator will benefit from a salary of £70k basic, dependent on experience + pension, + 23 days holiday plus BH + travel expensesTo qualify for the position of Pre-Construction Estimator you will need Experience in Estimating on High-end residential projects Pre-Construction Estimator to be living in commuting distance to King Cross.
