Multi-Skilled Operatives

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trades Team Leader to join our Andover based maintenance company. This role will involve being responsible for providing high quality property maintenance, fault diagnosis and general building repairs in occupied or void properties. Responsibilities: Plastering and skimming of walls External- repairing/replacing fences/roof tops and guttering Plasterboard repairs Tiling Erection of scaffold towers Control job management process Maintain high level of customer service at all times Working with colleagues in other parts of the business to achieve operational outcomes Rates of Pay: £15.71 PAYE/ £19.51 LTD Hours of work: 8am-4.30pm Monday-Friday Contract: Monday 9th November-21st January 2021
