With the above in mind we are currently looking for a Resource Manager to lead a small team of resourcers from the Bristoil office. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates and forming talent pools to support all aspects of the business in construction, rail and civils. You will have experience of resourcing in blue collar recruitment, dealing with KPIs and working in a fast paced environment.
