Freelance Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a multi-award winning main contractor in Greater Manchester assisting with their search for a Site Engineer. Our client is a specialist in complex projects within a wide range of sectors, predominantly residential PRS, industrial and commercial, with an annual Turnover of 80M. A leading employer in the region, our client requires a confident Site Engineer to support the companies' growth plans and help them achieve their target of doubling their turnover by 2019. They are now recruiting because of winning their largest commission in the companies' history. You will have a confidence in your own ability. This is a growing business and as a result it is imperative that every member of staff is competent in their day to day tasks. You will be immediately involved with the delivery of projects. " Degree educated in construction/engineering discipline " 2+ years site experience ideally on commercial and residential projects " Setting out experience " Ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and contractors on site " Provide site assistance to Site & Project Manager " Excellent eye for detail & experience of turn-key projects " Knowledge of current health and safety legislation " Computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and analysis tools
