Site Manager- 6 month project - £220-£270/day - London Our client who is a specialist in the high spec residential construction industry are currently looking for a site manager to oversee a site in the Egham area. The ideal Site Manager will have: Experience as no1 on site and managing the site independently High end Residential background as a Site Manager Be able to read drawings and able to understand setting out H&S experience with inductions, permits, RAMS, logistics and record keeping Presentable and able to meet/communicate with client Strong planning ability SMSTS and 1st aid requiredJob details: Duration: 6 months Start date: December Location: Egham We are a Kiwi / Aussie owned & operated company that has been helping people in the construction industry for 20 years
