Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Job available to work at a stylish hotel in West Drayton, UB7. Salary up to £27k pa, working 8hr early and late shifts including weekends. Job Duties * Responsible for carrying out general maintenance throughout the hotel, respond to all the guest enquiries and ensure maintenance jobs are resolved. Some basic carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating * Ensure all maintenance jobs are carried out in accordance with the health & safety regulations. Job Requirements * The ideal candidate will have property maintenance experience. * Someone who has worked in a similar Maintenance Job preferably in a hotel environment. * Be well presented and have good communication skills. Job Location Based near West Drayton Station, Greater London UB7 9DY.
