Electrical Maintenance Job available to work for a well established building services engineering company, specialists in providing electrical & mechanical maintenance services. Temporary Electrician Job to work mobile around Romford, Essex covering commercial buildings. Pay rate offered £22.50 per hour & working M-F 8am-5pm. Job Duties * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to electrical plant & equipment. * Minor electrical installations, emergency light and fire alarm testing. * Carry out electrical fault finding & repairs. * Basic mechanical maintenance to AHU’s, FCU’s and pumps. * Some fabric maintenance and plumbing. Job Requirements * The candidate for the Electrician Job will be fully qualified, holding electrical qualifications and 17th edition. * Ideally have experience carrying out Electrical Maintenance in a commercial environment. * Be multi skilled, having knowledge of mechanical & hvac systems. * A full clean driving licence is required for the Electrical job. Job Location Mobile, mainly around the Romford area in Essex.
