About the role:
Due to securing a new contract, we are currently looking for Painter and Decorators to join our thriving Painting Business in Liverpool. You will be completing internal and external painting works as part of a variety of projects and contracts with a particular focus in working on our social housing contract on properties within the Merseyside area.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Painter and Decorator role:
You will be completing all internal and/ or external decorations within public environments, including social housing properties
To ensure work is completed efficiently, on time and to a high standard you will be incentivised with bonus schemes
You will thrive off building relationships whilst working on public sites. Contributing to a positive team working environment and ensuring our customers feel safe and comfortable in your company.
Health and Safety is at the forefront of all you do, considering yourself, the team and the customers around you
Expectations of the successfully appointed Painter and Decorator:
Qualified to an NVQ 2 level, or similar professional body in Painting and Decorating
Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional environment.
Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output weekly targets
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence and vehicle, which is essential to undertake the Painting role.
