Project Manager

Title: Project Manager Location: South London Your Future Role… As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for running your own £25m RC frame residential project, including the management of all staff and daily organisation of the site. Taking the scheme from site set up through to delivery reporting to a visiting Project Director. The project is due to start early next year but the client will take someone on now in preconstruction so they are well inducted and settled into the business before going to site. Your Future Company… A successful contractor turning over £100m specialising in a mixture of residential, commercial, and education projects between £5m-£80m. They have had steady growth in their London office over the last 6 years with 9 live projects and another 6 starting later this year, they are one of London's up and coming contractors with big plans for growth over the next 5 years. They are a sociable business with a work hard play hard mentality so day to day if it a great environment to work in. About You… You will come from a Main Contractor or developer background, but you have must RC frame new build residential experience. The vast majority of their work is built on repeat business so honesty, integrity and the ability to build good relationships is a vital part of what they look for from their staff. You should have experience working on and running jobs from site set up through the delivery up to £20m in value. Personality wise, tough but likeable and a good communicator who is capable of leading a team by example rather than dictating and alienating team members.
