Fencer

A great opportunity has arisen for a Fencer to join a housing provider on a fixed term contract paying £25,000 - £27,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to have a driving license and have access to a van. You will be required to work within the repairs and maintenance team providing high quality fencing repairs and replacements. You will be required to: *Carry out inspections, specify works and complete the works required *Report to Carpentry and General Trades Manager * Work with a variety of trades operatives helping complete repairs and maintenance * Have excellent customer service skills * Have excellent written and verbal skills
