Labourer

A great opportunity has arisen for a Labourer to join a housing provider on a fixed term contract paying £17,000 - £18,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to have a driving license and have access to a van. You will be required to work within the repairs and maintenance team assisting trades operatives. You will be required to: * Work with a variety of trades operatives helping complete repairs and maintenance * Have excellent customer service skills * Assist with inspection of repairs and maintenance requests * Have excellent written and verbal skills * Have a driving license and have own van
