Job Title: Estimator Location: Swindon Salary: £35,000 Sector: Timber Frame Are you an experienced Timber Frame Estimator seeking a new challenge? Would you enjoy working closely with a Business Development Manager to grow this established region? A specialist timber frame business in the self-build market would like to talk to you! You will join an experienced business development manager in growing this well-established region for a large, national employer. Technical estimating expertise is a must as you deal with architects, consultants, builders and self builders in bringing their designs into a reality. Reading from CAD drawings, you will consult with clients both face to face and over the telephone in providing accurate cost estimates for their dream homes pricing elements such as timber frame, windows and doors. Experience of timber frame estimating is highly beneficial and other offsite building systems will be considered including sips panels, cold rolled steel structure or modular building.
